Jim established the company in 1987. He has been in the plumbing showroom business and related fields since 1978. He is happily married and has three children. He enjoys flyfishing, nature photography and his Mini Doxies!

Carl came to work for PPP in 1980. He has expertise in all facets of the business, including Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, Parts and Showroom Sales. Carl has a lovely wife, two children and one grandson. He likes football and roots for the Vikings. He also enjoys his many pets!

Bob came to Plumbing Parts Plus in July of 1996. He has worked in Shipping and Receiving and in Parts sales. He is an avid outdoorsman and likes to hunt, fish and go camping.

Pete came to PPP Inc. in 1999. He has been in the plumbing trade since 1977 and has experience in service, installation and remodeling. He is married with three beautiful daughters. He is also an avid Boston sports fan. Go Sawx!

Brad joined the team in 2000, and has been in sales since then. He is married and has a son. He has many hobbies, including fishing, gold panning, raising orchids and aquarium fish and corals.

Pat joined Plumbing Parts in 2005. He has over 25 years experience in construction and cabinet design.
Pat is married and has four sons. He enjoys playing softball and pub trivia.

Khai came to PPP in late 2002. Since then he has worked in all facets of the business. His main responsibility is purchasing, but he also spends time doing showroom sales. He is married with a beautiful wife. He enjoys playing many sports, including basketball, golf and ping-pong.

Denis is originally from El Salvador and came to Plumbing Parts in 2005. He has a beautiful daughter and would like a career in child psychology. He enjoys soccer and basketball.

Matt joined PPP in March 2008. He started working in the plumbing field in 1998, mainly in residential service work. He spends his free time hanging out with his son, Dylan. He also designs custom t-shirts and apparel.

Janice has been with the company for over 10 years. She handles most of the back office duties. She is married and has five children and several grandchildren. She loves gardening and is an excellent cook!
